Soak seeds for 12 hrs in luke warm water. Drain off the water and rinse very thoroughly. Genty press seeds into growing medium and mist. Place in a polythene bag until the first signs of germination. Then remove from bag and place on a windowsill. Harvest 10-15 days and rinse thoroughly.
