Planting and sowing instructions
Sow Jan, Feb, March, Apr. Flowers Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept. Harvest Jul, Aug, Sept, Oct. Can be grown under cover in greenhouses or polytunnels. Or grown outdoors in a sunny position. Sow as early as January in a moist peat free compost, in a propagator under a grow lamp to stop plants becoming leggy. Sow in March if you don’t have a propagator. Pot young plants and grow them on in warm frost free conditions. When well grown transfer to growbags, container etc. If growing outside acclimatise the plants to outdoor conditions for 10 days. Space 50cm apart.
