Produces long cylindrical roots. That feature a yellow colour to the skin and flesh.
Planting and sowing instructions
Sow April, May, June. Harvest August to November. Sow outdoors from April to June. Direct sow outdoors in a weed free sunny position in fertile, light well drained soil. Carrots dislike freshly manured soil so prepare beds in autumn. Sow thinly at a depth of 1cm in drills and 30cm apart. Thin to 5cm. Carrots grow well in containers.
