Planting and sowing instructions
Sow February to June, flowers June to August. Sow indoors from winter to early summer. Sow in pots or trays of barely moist compost. Do not cover seeds with compost. Place in a propagator until germination about 16 days. Transplant when large enough into 7.5cm pots and grow on in cooler conditions. Acclimatize to the outdoors over 10 days before planting out. Grow in well drained soil in full sun or part shade 30cm apart. Or grow in containers to control it spreading.
